A special day

Today, we have a great surprise in class. The visit of a special man. Yesterday students made predictions about the man.

We are animals!!

We are animals and we create a display at school hall. Children decorate their photos and add the QR codes they generate before.

 

 

 

Creating our tour magazines

Students use the app "storify" to create their own travel´s diary. They will write about a tour around the countries our characters goes through .
In groups of 4 students, they will read information about the country they choose and they will write a diary or digital magazine about places they can visit and activities they can do there.

Challenge: Animal QR codes

This is a very simple challenge. Students create QR codes about their art class animals.

Instructions:

1. Which animal are you?
2. Go to Google and write QR code generator
3. Write a short text about your animal and generate the QR code. Try to use comparatives.

Skype

Spanish and Turkish students had a videoconference in class using Skype. They asked questions and talked about their interests. They met their pen friends and they are very happy!

Our virtual travels

Students have enjoyed London virtual tours using this Virtual glasses. They have travelled to London without flying in a plane.

This activity is amazing!!

We are animals!!

Students are learning about animals around the World. So, in this creative activity, kids make -up their friends and compare animals.
Later, they will create a QR code with a text about each animal to create a school display.

Art class: degrading technique

Students love this art technique. It can be used for many different topics and it is really easy to do with crayons or paintings.

Students talk about all what they have learnt about dinosaurs and make a drawing about it.

This afternoon,  our 6th level students have had a great experience: they have visited radio Ser. They have participated in "Hoy por hoy" programme , and they are really exciting about it. It has been amazing and really funny for them. Thanks to Ana Patricia Meca to give us this great opportunity.

After this warm-up activity , our students in pairs, will create an animal and they will write about it.

Adjectives

5th level students learning about adjectives: What is it? what is a synonym? antonym?...
They practice with a very simple worksheet to write them correctly and in the correct position in a sentence.

Now, it is the turn to talk about our friends: Describing friends using adjectives
