Do you Know colors have a temperature? We can find warm and cold colors around us. Seasons are a fantastic example for it. For example in winter you can see lots of cold colors like: blue, purple, ...
Using these art activity, our students can learn about the importance of colors.

            

 

Collaborative reading activity

Students read short texts about Autumn using cooperative technique "I read, you listen". Then, they take decisions about what is the text about and write their inferences on their whiteboards.

Speaking time

Today, students play a simple board game about questions and personal information. They use English to communicate in a ludic way.
Giving our students opportunities to use the foreign language, as they do in their native one, is a fantastic scaffolding for their learning.

Let´s scavenger!!

Using scavengers in class is full of fun. Today, we use a scavenger to make students cooperate in groups, use English in a ludic context and check their previous knowledge about simple school vocabulary .

Making groups in class

How to create groups in class? This is a difficult question for teachers sometimes. 

For this month, we have done it by animal puzzles. Students take a piece of the animal and look for the rest parts of it. The complete animal forms the group.

We are really happy and excited to come back school. This school year will be cool!!
Our English class is always moving and offering our students new opportunities to use and live the English language at school. We have prepared a lot of motivating activities and projects.

This academic year, our school project is focussed on: EMOTIONS. From English class, we have designed a lot of tasks to work this topic, but we will also develop the following Specific English class projects:
