Speaking class: playing with past simple tense

Past simple tense can be quite difficult for kids to be used. Irregular verbs are not easy to learn, so we try to provide funny activities to help our students in their hard work.
In this lesson, 6th level students play different games to learn about irregular verbs and how to use the past simple.

• First, they play a memory game just to practice with the present and past of the irregular verbs.
• Second, they play a board game about irregular verbs.
• Finally, they use question cards for them to use the verbs in sentences.
