6th level students create a beautiful display about spring using recycled materials. They use bottles, CDs, papers... to create flowers and pots.

5th level students create Time machines to study history facts. With these machines they can travel through history. They can choose the hostory period they prefer and travel to it. 

Challenge: I am a Spring lover!!

For this challenge,  read the instructions carefully:

1. Watch the tutorial video.

1. Go to Fotor Photo Editor. 
2. Choose and upload a photo of you or your family.
3. Edit the photo using Spring Ideas. You can use animals, insects, flowers, different colors...
4. Write a text about Spring.
5. Download your photo.
6. Go back to the blog and include your image in Padlet wall. 
7. You will get an extra point!!

Art and craft: I love Spring!!

Butterflies life cycle: 

5th level students watch this video about the famous tale " The very hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. They learn about a butterfly life cycle and then, students create an easy craft about butterflies to decorate the school hall.

           

 

6th level students talk about Spring and their characteristics. Then, they talk about plants and their parts using the activity they did the previous day. Finally, they create a beautiful craft about plants to decorate the school hall.

           

 

        

Group of experts: Parts of plants

Students read a text about one part of the plants. Then, they do different groups with experts in the same part of the plant. Finally, they came back to their groups and create a text using a big picture of a plant.

 

Spring is here!!

Flowers, insects, animals, warmer days..... are here because it is Spring time. Students learn about insects and their importance.

Reading cards

Students read a text about insects to learn about these incredible animals. Then, they will answer the questions and read the text again using the reading cards. It is a funny activity students love. It provides opportunity to reread the text using different intonation and pronunciation.

This is one of the nicest stories for kids. It was writen by Beatrix Potter. We use this story to be involved in for Spring time.
