Classroom helpers

Students helpers are necessary in class. Children feel the importance of their roles and their responsibilities .
Each month, we create new groups and change classroom helpers, so all of them have something to do in order to improve the classroom management.

Language monitor is the student,  in the group , who controls the English use. He / She helps their mates to use English in ordinary situations in the class.

Words that help

Classroom language is a really important tool to develop positive attitude among our students. Teaching involves not only curricular contents,  but also improving our context and community. Children are the future, so let´s give them the key to change the World!!

Our class corners

Organization in class is very important for students and teachers. It promotes students´autonomy and independence . Each student needs to know his or her role in class and acts according to it.

Today, it is the first day of school: one of the most special day for our students . They come back school full of the new  illutions and wishes. This school year will work a lot and they will do a lot of amazing activities such as:

Art and crafts: Welcome summer!!

5th level students create fishbowls using any materials and techniques they want. It is a semi-free activity in which students have to show how much about art they have learnt this year.
6th level students will create their own flip-flops models using their own feet.

                

 

Oral games

Today, students practice speaking and writing using the cooperative technique of "folio giratorio" . It is a competitive activity where students have to complete the chart about their summer plans. The first group who finishes it correctly is the winner.

After learning about the 7 wonders of ancient and new World, students create a simple craft to show them.

• First, they create a group of 4 students
• Then, they open the envelope provided with ancient or new wonders
• Thirdly, each students draw wonder and they all create a small display to show their creations.
