Challenge: My best friend

Write a short text about your best friend:

• write about his /her physical description.

• Upload a photo if you have.

What are you doing?

For this craft , our students create their silhouttes using shadows. It is a collaborative craft task so all the group needs to participate in this project.

Art and crafts for writing

Who would wear these shoes? Students decide how is the person who wears these shoes. They take decisions about:

• her/his  body and head
• her/ his clothes
• Hair style
• likes/ dislikes
• Is he/she happy?

When they finish the drawing, they write a text about the person.  In the text, students have to write about:

1. Personal information: name, age, nationality....
2. Physical Description
3. Daily routines
4. Likes / dislikes

Following the sequences

This activity develop creativity and writing skills in our students.

• First, students read the texts and draw the scene.
• Then, they look at the pictures and write a short text for them.

Students watch these videos to learn about the differences between present simple and continuous. Finally, they watch a funny video about Mr Bean at an exam and answer the questions. 

Challenge: Voki

This challenge is really interesting. You are going to create an AVATAR using Voki app.

1. First , watch the tutorial video to understand how to use Voki.
2. Second, Go to Voki register yourself.
3. Third, create an avatar that represents some friend or member of your family. Customize it: hair, skin color, eyes color...
4. Then, include a background.
5. Write a short text about this person. You can include personal information, physical description, routines.... ( he/she is ... He /she has got, He / she can....., He/she gets up at...)
6. When you finish, save and share your avatar.

7. Send the link to the teacher by mail. Copy the link and paste in the  email body.

Cooperative reading

A studen reads a short text about a job and the rest of the group guesses the name of the proffession or occupation. One member of the group writes down the name .

Ops! Teddy dies

Students learn some rhymes to show to the rest of their classmates. First, they choose one. Then, they learn it and  finally, they decide how to show it in class.
