Within this oral activity, children learn to ask and give information about films. They: ask questions, answer questions, spell words, and use good manners to communicate with the others.
Types of films shots
Do you think the type of shot is important in a film?
Has the director of a film got a specific intention when using a type of shot?
Watch this video and learn about film shots
Once we have the information needed, let´s create our own film shots scenes:
- First, draw three different film shots
- Then, in groups, take photos using different shots references and create a poster for class.

Our hands tell stories. Part 2
New stories with other students are told. They create their own stories and tell them with the use of their hands.
Speaking cards
Children read some information given in their cards , and they have to speak about it without stopping. The student who doesn´t stop is the winner. This activity is a good opportunity for students to communicate without being afraid of linguistic mistakes.

Superlatives ladders and snakes boardgame
There is no doubt that children learn much better when they play and interact with friends. Speaking skill is not easy for kids to be developed . It is necessary for students to have real opportunities to speak in a relaxing context, although they make some mistakes. Games are great tools to get this aim.

Cooperative speaking activity
This activity allows children to develop reading and speaking skills. Children are in groups of four. All the groups have the same text about famous people, but each member of the group has a different kind of reading exercises ( the level of difficulty is adapted to the level of our students).
After ten minutes, they have to sit down with the people who have the same type of activity and then ,they talk about the information they write down. They correct it with the help of their friends, so they can talk at the end about these famous people as real experts.
